Songs like 19-2000, Rock the House, and Clint Eastwood are great, but that's really it. The rest of these (besides #1) were really hard to place The Fall, most of the songs are bland and just don't sound good, except for Revolving Doors, that song is fucking awesome. Oh yeah what about space monkeyz laika come homeĪwesome remixes and some pretty heavy dub stuff. G sides great stuff fun insight to early demos and just a solid collection of music. Classic songs and so ahead of its time for coming out in 2001. Gorillaz, I hate to put this so low since this is the beginning and challenged everything everybody knew about genres and pop music.

It's a b sides album that blows most other artists full lengths out of the water. Add the fact that he made it on tour on his iPad very cool and made him a legend in my eyes cause as an avid GarageBand tinkler he did things that blew me awayĭ sides has some of my favorite gorillaz songs ever. Great storytelling from this album and I consider it very important character development for 2-D in the lore as it just exposes the humanity in the band through 2-D blackened eyes. It's joyous and very bleak at the same time. An coming to terms road trip across America. The Fall, I just love the whole idea behind the album. It's not as loud and grandiose as DD but hits the same heartstrings and tugs on them more than DD could to an extent. It's subtlety epic if that makes any sense. Plastic beach is also great and I'd make it a tie if I did t have to make an order. And is a downright party album on top of that, its a perfect album for this time.
Its a great album and really hits home to what's going on in the world right now and captures a feeling that disregards what party line, border, or county you're from. In the music,theme,and artwork it is the most epic to me and holds a very personal meaning as it helped me through some pretty hard times as a teenager.
